Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.
Our office has always been happy to work with patients covered by dental insurance. We think insurance is a great incentive to maintain a vital level of dental health. We are in network with BlueCross BlueShield, Delta Dental Premier and United Healthcare. If you have a different carrier, they may not cover 100% of our fees.
We would be glad to help you with insurance questions and submit claims on your behalf. We can pre-authorize any treatment that is diagnosed and help maximize your benefits.
It is our goal to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, check, Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover cards. We also offer low and no interest finance options through the CareCredit system. If you have any questions about financing or payment, please ask. We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
